The RWE Group Trustees are 12 current and former employees of RWE. They are either appointed by the company or nominated/elected by fellow members, just like you.
It is a rewarding role that comes with the responsibility of representing our members. The main role is to make sure the RWE Group is run properly, to manage and invest money in the RWE Group and make sure members receive the correct pension benefits when they are due.
Do consider joining the Group Trustees - you do not need to have a finance background or be a pensions expert to put yourself forward for this role.
Our focus is on finding voices that energise the board with diverse, member-first perspectives. Technical training and ongoing support are provided to help new Group Trustees in their role.
This is your chance to use your unique drive, energy and perspective in a vital role. You will be able to help your fellow members by representing them and treating them with understanding and fairness.
As well as bringing your own existing experience, you will learn new and valuable skills along the way. If you are still working for the company, it is a great opportunity to develop your career and widen your network.
