Requesting a retirement quote just got easier

You can now log in to LIFETRACK and request a retirement quote from the administrator of the RWE Group, Willis Towers Watson (WTW) online.
If you are signed up to receive emails, your retirement quotes will be saved to LIFETRACK so you can find them later.
If you want to take your benefits and are over age 55 then you will need to ask WTW for a quote to ensure you receive all relevant paperwork.
Then you will be able to complete your application online by uploading documents digitally.
Save time, do it online
We have made it even easier to request a retirement quote and take benefits from your pension.
You can now request a retirement quote from WTW online on LIFETRACK. Once logged in, select ‘Quotes’ from the menu, then select ‘Get a Quotation’. There will also be a story on the homepage of LIFETRACK that will take you straight to the new pages.
If you are signed up to receive emails, then any quotes generated will be saved to your online account, so you can access them easily whenever you need them. No paperwork to lose or keep track of.
The process has also been updated so once you have a quote, you can now apply for your benefits online. This includes being able to upload documents by taking a photo with your smartphone or tablet, meaning you don’t have to send items in the post or provide a scan by email.
There will be an online identity check, helping to speed up the process while still being secure. You will also be able to enter your bank details into the system so that WTW knows where to pay your pension. These will be checked electronically to make sure they are correct.
Putting you in control
Doing things online yourself means you can request a retirement quote and update your application at a time that suits you. There is no need to call WTW unless you want to.
Remember that pension quotes are only valid for a limited period which will be specified on the quote. After that, you will need to request an updated version.

You can update your preferences at any time and if you do make the switch but change your mind you can switch back again when it suits you.
