Join in and connect: why attend a member meeting
Attending the Members’ Open Meeting is a valuable way to connect with colleagues, former colleagues and the people behind your pension. It offers the chance to hear directly from the Group Trustees about important issues affecting RWE Group and to have your questions answered, which can help you understand more about your benefits.
Each year we try to hold member meetings. We want Group Trustees and members to connect so we can help support you in relation to your RWE Group pension.
Want to meet in person? We need you to register
Our next Members’ Open Meeting is planned as an in-person event. For this to go ahead we will need enough members to register their interest. As well as a chance to delve into the details there will be a chance to unwind and meet fellow members over a sandwich lunch (which will be provided).
When?
Thursday 30 October 2025. Please arrive at 10am for a 10.30am start. The session will finish about noon.
Where?
Drax Sports and Social Club in Selby, North Yorkshire. The postcode is YO8 8PJ

Members’ Annual Meeting (held virtually)
As in previous years, the Members’ Annual Meeting will be held virtually. It is on Tuesday 4 November 2025 at 10am.

Electricity Supply Pension Scheme Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The RWE Group is part of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (the Scheme).
The Scheme will have its virtual AGM on Tuesday 18 November at 1pm. Instructions on how to register will be posted on its website in its AGM Formal Notice 2025.
